We love your furry pets & request you to pls be respectful to our home & follow the pet rules stated below:
1. There is a limit of 1 pet per reservation unless otherwise approved by Owner. At no time is the number of pets disclosed to be exceeded.
2. A pet damage deposit of $250 is charged prior to arrival, which will be refunded post check out inspection if no damage is found.
3. A fee of $100 will be charged if evidence of any of the following is found:
a. Pet accidents inside or on the property
b. Pet waste inside or on the property. Pls dispose off pet waste properly (bagged) in outdoor garbage can.
c. Pets on furniture
d. Pets in the Loft Area. Please use the pet gate provided. Due to carpets and delicate structure of the loft, it is extremely difficult to clean pet hair in the loft area.
e. Use of showers/bathtub inside the home to bath pets or dry them off with linens. Pls use hose provided to wash off pets.
f. Excess pet hair. Guests are to clean up any excess pet hair prior to departure.
g. Pets left unattended on/in the property. They must be kenneled/crated when left unattended.
4. Pets should be always under the owner’s control and not allowed to roam off on the property. They should be on a leash of the property and at the beach.
5. Pets must be current on all flea/tick preventatives and rabies vaccine. Veterinarian documentation may be required. Must not have a bite/aggression history.
6. Pls report immediately if there is any major pet accident that will need additional cleaning and sanitization.
7. Guests are responsible for their pets' conduct at all times. Any complaints from neighbors for excessive barking and/or improper control can result in eviction without refund.
8. Guests are solely responsible for any injury/damage their pet(s) cause to neighboring properties or other people/animals and therefore indemnifies/releases Property Owner from any liability.
9. Guests are responsible for any/all damage to the property, furnishings and contents and additional cleaning fees caused by their pet(s). Charges for damage will include the cost to repair the damage (time/material) as well as any additional costs incurred by the owner including lost revenue and/or fees incurred due to the length of time it takes to make the repairs. Guests must notify the owner of any/all damages immediately.
