House Rules
Additional rules
1. SMOKING (of any kind) and “VAPING” ARE NOT ALLOWED in the house or on the deck. If evidence is detected in the home after departure, a minimum $250.00 Fee (retention of the Security Deposit) will be charged to the Guest. We are a low-allergen family and this rule is strictly enforced.
2. PETS (or animals of any kind) ARE NOT ALLOWED. If odor or other signs of animals being present is detected after Guest Departure, a minimum of $250.00 (retention of Security Deposit) will be charged. We are a low-allergen family and this rule is strictly enforced.
3. PARTIES: Any additional or other permitted guests MAY NOT stay overnight in the property unless by permission of the Rental Agent. No large gatherings or parties are allowed. If you plan to use confetti pls vacuum it before you leave else pay $50 additional in cleaning fees.
4. PARKING: Parking is limited to driveway only. The driveway can accommodate up to 4 vehicles.
5. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service.
6. FIRES: No fires on the beach are allowed by Island County.
7. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are strictly enforced daily from 10pm to 8am.
8. GAS GRILL: The gas grill is only to be used outside of the home.
9. DEPARTURE: Prior to leaving, we expect that you will strip used bed sheets. It would be appreciated if you started a load of laundry, but not required. Also, please take out the trash, start the dishwasher, turn off the lights, close and lock the windows, and stack outdoor furniture. These steps help us to keep our cleaning fees reasonable and failure to do so may result in additional fees.
10. PRIOR HOST APPROVAL is required if you are expecting visitors during your stay. Additional charges may apply.
